Why homeowners in Palm Beach County call us for kitchens

A kitchen touches carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile and appliances at once. We sequence it so your household is without a sink for days, not weeks.

Measured before quoted

Every price follows an on-site measure of cabinet runs, appliance openings and utility locations — not a guess over the phone.

Kitchen carpentry in-house

Cabinet setting, refacing, trim, filler and panel work handled by technicians who do kitchens week after week.

Coastal-condo ready

We work within HOA and condo work hours, protect elevators and corridors, and plan for salt air and older plumbing.

What a kitchen project includes

Pick the scope that fits the kitchen and the budget. We are direct about what each level does and does not change.

Kitchen Refresh

Cabinet refacing or new doors and drawer fronts, hardware, new counter, new backsplash, sink and faucet. Layout stays put.

Full Cabinet Replacement

Demolition, wall and floor prep, new cabinetry set to level, counters templated on site, tile, trim and appliance hook-up.

Layout Change

Island added or resized, wall openings, relocated plumbing and electrical through licensed trades, new lighting plan.

How the project runs

Six steps, no surprises. You know the schedule and the scope before demolition starts.

  4. 04

    Schedule and material staging

We confirm dates around building work hours, order materials, and tell you which days the sink and range will be offline.

  5. 05

  6. 06

    Walkthrough and punch list

We walk the kitchen with you, adjust doors and drawers, clean up, and close out anything on the punch list before the job is done.

The same crew from demolition to punch list

Kitchens fail on the details: a door that rubs, a filler that shows, a counter seam in the wrong place. Our technicians set cabinets plumb, scribe to out-of-level Florida floors, and stay on the job until the punch list is closed.

Kitchen remodeling questions

Straight answers about timelines, permits, cabinets and living through the work.

How long does a kitchen remodel take in Palm Beach County?

A cabinet-and-countertop refresh is usually 1 to 2 weeks on site. A full layout change with new plumbing, electrical, tile and finish carpentry typically runs 4 to 8 weeks, depending on material lead times and any HOA or condo association scheduling windows.

Do you handle permits and condo association paperwork?

We tell you up front which parts of your project are permit-eligible in your municipality and coordinate the licensed trades required for permitted work. For condo and HOA buildings we work inside posted work hours and provide the documentation the association asks for. We do not promise approvals we do not control.

Can I keep my existing cabinet boxes?

Often yes. If the boxes are solid and square, refacing, new doors and drawer fronts, new hardware and a new countertop deliver most of the visual change for a fraction of a full replacement. We measure and tell you honestly when boxes are too water-damaged to reuse.

Will my kitchen be unusable during the work?

There is normally a period without a sink or range while counters are templated and installed. We schedule demolition and template days together, protect floors and walkways, and set up a temporary prep area so the household can still function.

How do estimates work?

You describe the kitchen through our Assistant or by phone, we confirm scope and access, and we schedule an on-site measure. Written scope and pricing follow the measure. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve the scope.

Do you work on coastal properties and older homes?

Yes. Salt-air exposure, older plumbing stacks, plaster walls and out-of-level floors are normal in Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach and Delray Beach houses. We plan for shims, scribes and moisture-resistant materials instead of discovering them mid-install.

Which areas do you cover?

We serve Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton and the rest of Palm Beach County, including Wellington, Greenacres, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Riviera Beach, Lake Park, Lantana, Palm Springs, North Palm Beach.

Ready to price your kitchen?

Send the details through our Assistant and a dispatcher will confirm your on-site measure. Nothing is booked until you approve the scope.
