How Your Kitchen Remodel Runs
Six clear stages from first conversation to closed punch list, so you always know what happens next and which days the kitchen is offline.
Step by step
- 01
Tell us about the kitchen
Start with the Assistant or call 561-506-2278. We capture the room size, what you want changed, your timeline and access details.
- 02
On-site measure
A technician measures cabinet runs, appliance openings, plumbing and electrical locations, and checks floor level and wall condition.
- 03
Written scope and selections
You get a line-item scope: cabinetry approach, counter material, backsplash, sink and faucet, lighting, and what is excluded.
- 04
Schedule and material staging
We confirm dates around building work hours, order materials, and tell you which days the sink and range will be offline.
- 05
Build
Protection down, demolition, rough-ins, cabinet set, template, counters, backsplash, trim, hardware, and appliance hook-up.
- 06
Walkthrough and punch list
We walk the kitchen with you, adjust doors and drawers, clean up, and close out anything on the punch list before the job is done.
What we need from you
Three things keep a kitchen on schedule.
Selections locked early
Cabinet finish, counter material and tile chosen before demolition. Late changes push the template date, which pushes everything after it.
Access and parking
Gate codes, elevator reservations, association work hours and a place to stage material for the day.
A cleared kitchen
Cabinets and pantry emptied before day one. We protect floors and walkways; you protect what is breakable.
Ready to price your kitchen?
Send the details through our Assistant and a dispatcher will confirm your on-site measure. Nothing is booked until you approve the scope.
